Give your team ChatGPT-class AI that never phones home.
Your staff are already pasting work material into public chatbots — the only question is whether you know about it. We deploy a private, ChatGPT-style assistant on hardware you own: same everyday usefulness, your access controls, zero data leaving the building.
Start with a $999 pilot — limited to our first 5 customers (then $1,999). No production data leaves your network — or you don't continue.
What we deploy
- Open-source chat UI with logins, history, and role-based access
- Model sized to your hardware — from a single workstation to a GPU server
- Usage policies and logging aligned to your compliance needs
- Optional connections into your documents and data as next steps
- An acceptable-use policy for staff: what goes to the private assistant, and what may go to cloud AI

What it looks like in practice
The same architecture, applied across very different teams — your industry is just the data source.
Drafting, rewriting and translating between English and Vietnamese — client letters, notices, staff instructions — without exposure risk.
Summarizing long emails, reports and meeting notes that contain client details you would never paste into a public tool.
Brainstorming and research assistance that's safe to use with confidential context.
A sanctioned alternative that ends shadow use of public chatbots on work material.
Keeps working during internet or vendor outages — the model lives on your hardware.
What the 30-day pilot looks like
One workflow, your real documents, and a measured result before you commit to anything larger.
Week 1: we size hardware against your headcount and usage, and write the acceptable-use policy with you.
Weeks 2–3: the assistant is installed with logins and roles; a pilot group uses it for real work, with a prompt library for their tasks.
Week 4: a usage review, staff training in English or Vietnamese, and a plan for connecting it to your documents if that is the next step.
Common questions
What is a private AI assistant, exactly?
A chat assistant that behaves like the commercial ones your staff already use, except it runs on your hardware, knows your internal documents and procedures, and sends nothing outside your network.
Is it as good as ChatGPT?
For general open-ended conversation, the largest cloud models are still ahead — we will say so plainly. For questions about your documents, your policies, and your data, a local model with good retrieval beats a cloud model with no access to any of it. Match the tool to the job.
What hardware does it need?
Smaller than most people expect. A single mini-PC-class machine with enough unified memory handles a small office; larger teams and heavier concurrency need a GPU workstation. We size it against your actual usage rather than guessing.
Can we still use cloud AI for non-sensitive work?
Yes, and most clients should. The sensible pattern is a private assistant for anything touching client data and a cloud model for general drafting and research. We help you draw and document that line.
How do staff learn to use it?
Training is part of every deployment, in Vietnamese or English, along with a prompt library for the tasks your team actually does. Most people are productive the same afternoon — the interface is a chat box.
What stops staff from still using public chatbots?
A written policy, and a tool good enough that nobody needs to break it. Shadow AI use is mostly people solving real problems with the only tool they have; give them a sanctioned one and the policy becomes easy to follow. If you want it enforced, we can also help block the public tools at the network level.
